Coaching Opportunities at Buckingham Rowing Club – 2025/26 Season

This is evident in our regular Learn-to-Row programs targeting more senior members of the community promoting healthy outdoor activity.  Junior rowing has also played a major part in the success of the club.

With an honorarium provided, these positions offer the chance to work with an engaging club community and contribute to the growth and success of our squads. The squad structure is flexible and will be determined based on the experience and preferences of successful applicants.

The successful applicant will be an individual who has a strong knowledge of current rowing training and technique, proven success in training teams, demonstrated leadership abilities, and an ability to recruit athletes and coordinate training groups.
