Coaches, here's your opportunity to meet Rowing Australia's new Para Lead Coach Christine MacLaren in Hobart.

Christine is not only Rowing Australia's newest employee, but also 2024 Coach of the Year, guiding the Australian PR3 Mixed double crew to victory at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Christine has great insights to share.

The Tasmanian Institute of Sport (TIS) will be hosting an informal gathering for coaches to learn about Rowing Australia's Para program -- athlete eligibility, classification, coaching and general development of Para rowing.

Time: Wednesday 21st May from 6pm
Venue: Upstairs at New Town Bay Rowing Centre
