Elite Minds is a mindset coaching program that teaches and inspires young people (ages 14-25) to use their mind to achieve their goals.
Elite Minds provides simple strategies to help understand how our mind works and tools to help developing athletes,coaches and parents to improve athlete performance and enjoyment of their sport.
The 1-hour presentation plus Q&A begins at 6:00pm:
- Tuesday 9th September: Ulverstone Football Club, Ulverstone
- Wednesday 10th September: Prospect Park Sporting Complex, Launceston
- Thursday 11th September: Domain Athletics Centre, Hobart
