Hi all,

Please find attached Bulletin 2 for the 2016 Sydney International Rowing Regatta, also available online on www.rowingdownunder.org.  Of particular importance is that, as noted in Bulletin 1, the AAGPS Head of the River will be held at the venue on Saturday 12 March ahead of racing starting on Monday 14 March.  The following vital information is regarding the arrangements surrounding this:

• Boat trailers will be allowed access to the venue to unload boats from 4.00pm Thursday 10 March, until 3.00pm on Friday 11 March.
• No boat trailers will be able to access the venue from 3.00pm on Friday 11 March until 3.00pm Saturday 12 March.
• Paid parking at $10 per car will be in force for the AAGPS Head of the River on Saturday 12 March until 12.00pm, with no access to the P1 carpark (all parking to be on the southern side of the course). 
• From 12.00pm to 3.00pm on Saturday 12 March no access will be allowed into SIRC down Old Castlereagh Road to allow traffic from the AAGPS Head of the River to exit the venue.
• Access into SIRC with boat trailers will re-open on Saturday 12 March at 3.00pm.  The course will then open for training at 4.00pm. 
• Please follow all volunteer and staff instructions while unloading boats, and only unload onto correctly marked boat racks.
• Team tents will only be able to be erected from 9.00am on Sunday 13 March.
