STATE CLUB MASTERS REGATTA. Mini-BULLETIN.
- AMBULANCE ACCESS-PLEASE KEEP THE SOUTHERN ENTRANCE TO THE BOAT PARK CLEAR TO ALLOW MEDICAL EDGE TO ACCESS THE RETRIEVAL PONTOON #1
- CLUBS AND SCHOOLS-PLEASE KEEP OARS OF THE PONTOONS UNLESS IMMEDIATELY LAUNCHING OR RETRIEVING BOATS- THIS IS A SAFETY REQUIREMENT FOR THE WELFARE FOR YOUR ATHLETES, VOLUNTEERS AND COACHES.
- NO CAMPING ON THE BOAT PARK ROAD OR IN THE BOAT PARK.
General.
- Training outside of regatta hours-Lifejackets are to be worn if you do not have a coach’s boat, on water, within 500 m of the athlete(s) as per MaST regulations.
- Please secure your trailer wheels with chocks, not rocks, as our mower has been damaged.
- Please keep your dogs on a leash and pick up the poop.
- Regatta Office will be open at 08:30
Regatta Entry changes.
- All crew changes are online-NO paper changes will be available.
- Clubs to ensure that sufficient members competing have access to do online crew changes.
- A computer will be available outside the Regatta Office, but they MUST know their Rowing Manager password.
- Crew changes and late entries are done in Rowing Manager not the Regatta page where they found the link to do entries.
- Bow numbers will be available from the Regatta Office one hour before the race.
- A friendly request will help when rowers have back to back races!
COVID-19.

- Do not attending if unwell.
- Wearing a facemask by choice.
- Washing or sanitising hands.
- Covering coughs and sneezes.
- Having sufficient space to keep a reasonable distance from each other.
Canteen offering and Opening Hours.
- Easy Oar Canteen will be open with drinks, rolls, toasties, lollies, pastries, pies, pasties cold drinks etc.
- Saturday 09:30AM-4:00PM
- Sunday 09:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Coffee Shoppe- Opening Hours.
- Coffee Shoppe- the best coffees on the Lake!
- Saturday 08:30AM-1:00PM
- Sunday 07:30-12:00 PM
Barrington Vineyards.
- Travis will be on site, Saturday, with a selection of his wines for sale by the glass or bottle.
THERE IS A STRICT CURFEW OF 10:00 PM throughout the complex.
